Returns

Unite Clothing Co. is committed to quality customer service. If you receive an item that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days from date of purchase, in as-new condition and we will happily provide a full refund of the purchase price*.

Please follow the steps below for domestic returns.

(1) Click here to create your return 

Return any item to us within 30 days of purchase. In all cases, the returned item must be in as-new condition, including all original labels and tags still attached.

(2) Select your return method and pay flat rate return shipping

Package up your return parcel making sure you remove any old labels.

(3) Drop off your parcel

Drop it off at a post office or in a street posting box or parcel locker if the size of your parcel permits.

For international returns, please contact store@uniteclothingco.com.

Once received, we will process your return within two (2) business days to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. Once approved, you will receive an email from store@uniteclothingco.com confirming your refund to your original payment method.

Unfortunately, we're unable to offer exchanges, you will automatically be issued a refund for any returned items. If you want a different size or colour, or a different item, please create a return for a refund and place a new order. We will happily cover the cost of shipping your replacement item/s.

* Full priced items only. All purchases of Sale items are final unless item is faulty or a shipping error has occurred on our part. In the case of a faulty item or shipping error, notice must be given to store@uniteclothingco.com within two (2) days of delivery. Returned items must be in as-new condition, including all original labels and tags still attached.
